How I can help

Specialized Prenatal & Postpartum Care

Becoming a mother is one of life's biggest transitions. It can bring great joy — and it can also leave you feeling drained physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Postpartum depression and anxiety can feel heavy. You may notice irritability, sadness, a sense of being overwhelmed, or intense anxiety that at times feels paralyzing. These symptoms can arrive quickly, and they often need professional support to ease.

It is easy to feel isolated when it seems everyone else only shows the good parts of motherhood. The pressure to "return back to normal" or to be the perfect mom can be exhausting.

Please know: it is not your fault that you are feeling this way. With help, you will feel well again.

Many moms conceal how they are feeling out of fear of judgement, shame, or guilt.

It is important to seek help for the way you are feeling.

Babies are always welcome to attend sessions if the need arises.
