Meet Bernadette
Bernadette Hubbs, MA, LPC
Founder & Executive Director
I'm dedicated to helping women through the challenges of motherhood and life. Support during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond matters deeply — it can be a challenging time, and it is often hard to ask for help.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist with training in evidence-based practices, including Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I have worked with women, children, and families in a variety of settings for 16 years.
My approach focuses on relieving distressing emotional symptoms while building on your existing strengths. I offer empathetic, supportive, and collaborative therapy — a space where you can share your genuine fears and daily struggles. Together we identify your stressors and develop healthy coping skills so you can feel well again.
I also work closely with OB/GYN offices, hospitals, and pediatricians, providing trainings on recognizing the signs and symptoms of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
